She focuses her practice on commercial litigation in state court, federal court, and arbitration proceedings. Lindsey has successfully handled oil and gas, fiduciary duty, and real estate disputes.

Highly respected for her enthusiasm for complex cases, Lindsey has always known she wanted to be a lawyer. Her determination led her to graduate Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Texas and to earn her law degree there with Honors. After law school, Lindsey served as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Jane Bland of Texas’s First District Court of Appeals and practiced law at Franklin, Caldwell and Jones, P.C. and McGuireWoods LLP. Lindsey devotes time to the Children’s Museum of Houston and Chinquapin Preparatory School as an active member in the Junior League of Houston.
