Represented Doosan Heavy, a Changwon-based construction company, in defending claims brought by ExxonMobil with respect to allegedly defective welding on 6 reactors to be used in hydro-desulfurization projects for ExxonMobil’s refineries in Baytown, Texas, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
