On December 17, 2013, after a four week trial, a jury found unanimously in favor of twenty homeowners represented by the firm, awarding approximately $1.7 million in damages, and declaring the Ashby high-rise project to be a neighborhood nuisance. The trial team was led by Jean Frizzell and Jeremy Doyle.
