Represented a master tenant in a tenants-in-common investment vehicle against a hotel investor’s fraud and breach-of-contract claims. The case proceeded in the American Arbitration Association. Successfully defeated claimant’s request for injunctive relief and claimant’s request to add claims against other parties related to respondent. After the final hearing, the arbitrator denied all of the claimant’s requested relief, and awarded our client a significant portion of its requested attorneys’ fees.
