Based on the demands of a particular case, we will proactively and deliberately work with each client to develop a fee structure that manages costs and maximizes value. We’re well-positioned to handle both plaintiff and defense matters in non-traditional ways, and we know that contingent fees, flat fees, hybrid fees, or another variation of these options may be a better fit than a traditional hourly-fee structure. This approach allows our clients to create more accurate budgets and plan for costs in advance.
