Biography

Mandy thrives on the opportunity to dissect complicated fact patterns to help her clients win their cases. Applying her impeccable research skills, she helps guide legal strategies as she develops substantive arguments for motions, briefs, and trials. Mandy’s strategic problem-solving skills ensure the trial team is primed for success.

Prior to focusing her practice on litigation research and writing, Mandy represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters related to contracts, partnership agreements, oil and gas, securities, construction, False Claims Act, business torts, and professional liability disputes.

As the recipient of a heart transplant, Mandy is a passionate advocate for organ donation and regularly speaks to groups about the importance of organ donation through the organization LifeGift. She is active in the Houston community, having served as Mayor Pro Tem and Councilmember for the City of Bellaire, Chair of the Bellaire Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and Vice-Chair of the Bellaire Board of Adjustment, among others. Prior to joining the firm, Mandy practiced at Gibbs & Bruns LLP, where she developed long lasting relationships with many current members of the Reynolds Frizzell team.
