Law360, Houston (August 10, 2016, 1:49 PM ET) — A Texas appellate court on Tuesday sided with a group of attorneys who are being sued by former clients for malpractice, and determined that the malpractice claims aren’t ripe because the underlying federal personal injury case stemming from a fatal incident on an offshore drilling rig in Mexican waters hasn’t been settled.
