Arbitration dispute over a final accounting of revenues and expenses relating to Wapiti’s purchase of oil and gas leasehold interests from another operator. After the seller refused to submit the dispute to arbitration, we filed a lawsuit specifically to enforce the parties’ arbitration agreement. The Court agreed, and ordered the matter to arbitration. We successfully tried the dispute to the conclusion through final arbitration hearings before a single arbitrator, and obtained a net refund for Wapiti.
